Change Healthcare, Inc., (CHC), a service provider to Health Choices, was the victim of a criminal cyberattack on February 21, 2024. CHC provides a variety of services to Health Choices, including transmission of claims and payments, member eligibility lookup for providers, and production of payment remittance and explanation of benefit forms.
